Celebrate and honor outstanding individuals who have made lasting contributions to Dominican Athletics. The evening will include the induction of new members into the Hall of Fame, reflections on their achievements, and the opportunity to connect with fellow alumni, athletes, and friends of Dominican. Inductees include: Bill Fusco, Angela Salinas '76, Penguin Volleyball Team ’96-’97, Natalie Diaz ’19 , Chris DeMarco ’09, Willie Long, Dr. Christopher Leeds, Tina Ghirarduzzi ’07

10 a.m. - Women’s Basketball Tip-Off Scrimmage | Conlan Rec Center
Start your morning with bagels and basketball! Enjoy breakfast treats while cheering on the Penguins at the Women’s Basketball Tip-Off Scrimmage and silent auction. Be among the first to see the team in action as they gear up for the season, and join us as we celebrate the 2025 Hall of Fame inductees.
11 a.m. - Penguins of the Past: The Insider's Guide to DU History & Legend | Meadowlands
Learn more about the rich and unexpected history of ¹û¶³´«Ã½ in this fun and playful session hosted by DU alumnus and VP for Student Affairs, Dr. Paul Raccanello. He’ll highlight historical trivia, share loved (and loathed) traditions, and tell fun and mostly true stories that bring Dominican’s past to life. No textbook required and no fact-checking needed!
